Tutorial

 

This is a piece I made using Photoshop. The most difficult part of making this piece was combining the shape layers with the silhouette layers, and the easiest part was creating the gradient layer.

The Asylum

 

This is a poster  I made using a tutorial.

The tutorial was very hard to follow because the writer often skipped steps and was working with an older addition to Photoshop. The most difficult part of the tutorial was following the steps, was the first two steps very hard to follow. After about the first four steps of the tutorial, I abandoned the instructions and attempted to match the pictures posted in the tutorial based on my own knowledge of the program. The easiest part of this tutorial was adding the text and other finishing touches.
