I made the image Black and White, then used layer mask and hue/saturation on my lips.

This is a photo of myself that I edited using the blend mode, Levels, the Clone Stamp Tool, the Patch Tool, the Healing Brush and  Hue/Saturation. I also added lip stick, blush, and tried to improve the image resolution.

Adjusting Skin Tone

I removed her wrinkles by using the healing brush, the clone stamp tool, and this tutorial.

Whiten Teeth

 

I gave the model whiter teeth using the dodge tool, screen mode, the curves tool, and this tutorial.

Eye Shadow

I added eye shadow to this photograph using an extra layer, Color Dodge, and this tutorial.
